I created this workbook during a season of motherhood that felt mentally heavy.

As both a mother and a mental health therapist, I’ve seen how small shifts in our thoughts can make a real difference. Not by forcing positivity, but by noticing what we’re telling ourselves and softening the places that feel harsh.
